And, there are almost 70% of American smokers wish to quit; not many of them depend on medicine or even counseling. Consequently, not many of them try hypnosis either. Honestly, the facts about the hazards of smoking are scary. But, many smokers who do try hypnosis may turn out to be successful in quitting. How Does Hypnosis Work on One’s Psyche?
It is a totally guided process, and a person who wishes to be hypnotized will always know what he or she is in for. It usually begins with a series of questions (including your medical history and you intent for the visit).
